The hotel is close to Hamburg Central Station. The room is clean and comfortable.

WiFi signal is weak. Room 116 is directly above a restaurant that is open until 2am so is very noisy. Stay away from rooms 116-118 if you want a good night's sleep.

Location is terrible! Right next to turkish fruit shops with lots of noise and trash. Room was small, no air conditioner, stuff was unpolite and rude. The worst I've ever got for 90 euros which is extremely expensive for that service.

Good location, 10 minutes by foot to the central station, about 20 to the city center. The street if full of kebab restaurants and erotic stores/cinemas, but no sense of insecurity at all. Nice modern rooms, clean, silent.

Nice hotel, however when we arrived it took 30 minutes for the man in the reception to process our bookings.com booking. Also the hotel was being renovated. The room was very clean and nice but make sure you reqest for a room that is not on the street side of he building unless you want to wake up at 700...Also wifi did not work even though mentioned in services.

No own parking facility. Payed parking is possible near the hotel but from 08.00-18.00h so you have to get up early to fill the parking meter.

The location is a typical "Central Station area" but close to public transport and the city centre. Rooms are quite small, no air-condition to get cool air you have to open the window, which in our case, was facing a busy road.

The design is fresh and the hotel is well presented

The staff on the reception the day I visited were very unprofessional. Talking amongst themselves and swinging on chairs. It takes some persistence to get mono-sylobic answers to straightforward questions. This gives a very bad impression of the hotel and would likely prevent me returning or recommending. Also I booked a double room but there was a single bed - no effort was made to relocate or refund me. Very Poor!!
